Bonus Chef's Kombucha home brew and cocktail and wine recommendations that paired perfecly with the meal. He even provided us with some Passion fruit extract to make his twist of a French 75.   • "OMG I can’t rave about Zach enough! I needed to plan a last minute 9 guest dinner party (a week prior) in Los Angeles, CA and needed a chef. After detailing that i wanted a 4 course Caribbean inspired menu I received great proposals from 5 local chefs. I ended up choosing Zach who created a PHENOMENAL meal that included jerked octopus skewers, cilantro mint aioli, w/ roasted peppers, and a main course of steamed whole Sea Bass, w/ Jamaican coconut cream sauce. Zachary was quick to respond to all of my questions prior to the dinner party which was so helpful. At the dinner party Zachary showed up on time, COVID complaint, and ready to work! He presented each dish to guests at the table explaining the ingredients. The guests, some of whom were born and raised in the Caribbean, were shocked at how delicious each course was. His interpretation of the ingredients were so fresh and unique. The flavor notes were so sophisticated and mind blowing! After the meal, Zach used my Tupperware to pack all leftovers and cleaned the stovetop and counters. This was such a polite touch to the service he provides. If you need a chef Zach is IT—look no further. Highly recommended!"
